We originally postponed Castle Lite Unlocks to 2021 in the hopes that we would be in a better place in our fight against the Covid-19. However with the second wave and the rise in cases, Castle Lite strongly believes that it would be an act of grave irresponsibility to move forward with the experience. We all have to do our part to stop the virus from spreading.
The second wave has brought with it more challenges and stricter regulations that means restricted travel and no public gatherings of any size.
So, we've had to make the tough but responsible decision to call of Castle Lite Unlocks 2021. Trust us, we're just as disappointed as you are - but the health and safety of everyone involved and our shared responsibility to help stop the spread, is our highest priority.
You can be sure that when it's safe again and restrictions have been lifted, we'll make it up to you. Until then, all valid ticket holders will receive a refund.
If you purchased tickets using Ozow, your refund will be processed automatically. However, if you purchased them by Credit Card, EFT or in-store, you'll need to send your details (proof of bank, copy of ID and transaction reference number) to firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com.
