If you paid via Ozow the refund will be done automatically.
If you have purchased them by Credit Card, EFT or bought tickets at a store:
Please send the details below to firstname.lastname@example.org for your refund:
- Name of Event and City – Please use in Subject line of email.
- Transaction Reference no that the refund relates to.
- Account holder name.
- Bank name.
- Branch name.
- Branch code.
- Account number.
- Letter of confirmation of banking details (by their bank), the date stamp on the letter must not be older than 3 months.
- - Note: If the name of the ticket holder is different from the name of the account holder – We require a letter/e-mail to approve refund being paid into different account.
- Customer must scan and send tickets with the refund form, because we have times where different customers claim for the same ticket.
- Due to the unforeseen circumstances refunds could take up to 4- 6 weeks to be completed.
- No refunds will be done in store.
